Week 2

During this week, Mr. Martin explained how to go about Project 1 and provided us with a website to facilitate our search for audio resources.

✿ PROJECT 1 ✿

  1. Watch the video on the Premiere Pro timeline
  2. List down each scene on a spreadsheet
  3. List out each sound effects for each scene
  4. Record voice with the phone, and search sound effects online.
  5. Place audio files on the timeline, and sync them with video.
  6. Audio track: 4 tracks for dialogue, one character one track. 3 tracks for sound effects, 3 tracks for ambience sound.
In the original video, there was no audio included, so we were tasked with adding all the missing sound to the video. Mr. Martin provided us with a link to access the necessary audio resources for this purpose.

After carefully reviewing the video multiple times, I took the initiative to create a comprehensive list detailing all the specific sound elements that were conspicuously absent. This meticulous approach allowed me to not only identify what was missing but also to envision how each sound would enhance the overall audiovisual experience.

In addition to utilizing the website recommended by Mr. Martin, I also employed CapCut to search for the missing audio elements. This dual approach not only showcased my resourcefulness but also highlighted the flexibility of using different tools and platforms to enhance the project's audio quality and effectiveness.

Once I had compiled the comprehensive list of missing audio elements, I began utilizing the website provided by Mr. Martin to search for and source the required sounds that were absent in the video. This resource proved invaluable in locating and incorporating the necessary audio components seamlessly.
