2.0 DIGITALIZATION

After ensuring all the requirements were clear, I began using Canva to create the PowerPoint presentation for the pitch bible. This tool helped me design visually appealing slides that effectively communicated my animation project.

  1. Concept Statement
  2. Logline

Figure 2.3 Synopsis process #2

After listing down the content to include in my PowerPoint, I began processing it. For the Synopsis section, I separated it into distinct parts to clearly outline the story progression.
  1. One day...
  2. Until the next moment...
  3. All of sudden...
  4. Because of that...
  5. Until finally...
This structured approach helps to clearly convey the narrative arc and ensures that each key moment in the story is highlighted effectively.

Figure 2.4 Import to PowerPoint

After completing the design in Canva, I exported it and then imported it into PowerPoint. This allowed me to finalize the presentation and prepare for the actual delivery. By leveraging both tools, I ensured that the presentation was both visually appealing and easy to present.

Figure 2.5 Recording

After completing the PowerPoint, I used Zoom to record the presentation so I could submit it to Mr. Kamal. This approach allowed me to effectively communicate my project and demonstrate my understanding of the pitch bible requirements.

✿ REFLECTION ✿

Project 2 has been a valuable and educational experience, enhancing my skills in organizing, designing, and presenting a pitch bible for an animation concept. Starting with a clear outline of the required content helped me stay organized and ensured comprehensiveness. Designing the slides in Canva allowed for a visually appealing presentation, while importing them into PowerPoint provided additional functionality for the final touches. Breaking down the synopsis into structured parts made the narrative easy to follow. Recording the presentation with Zoom was a practical step for submission and honed my presentation skills. Overall, this project has significantly improved my technical abilities and my capacity to convey a compelling narrative, which will be beneficial for my future work in animation and storytelling.
