✿ FINAL PROJECT ✿
For my Final Project, I need to create an organic 3D model of a character
based on a model sheet. First, I’ll choose a character and gather reference
images that show the character from multiple angles. Using these references,
I’ll start by modeling the basic structure of the character with Blender’s
organic modeling techniques. Once the base model is done, I’ll refine the
details like facial features, limbs, and clothing. After finishing the model,
I’ll apply materials and textures that match the character’s design. Finally,
I’ll set up the scene’s lighting, render the image, and submit the final
output.
1.0 RESEARCH
Before I started modeling, I spent some time searching for the right
character to create. I explored various options, considering different
styles and characteristics. After browsing through different choices, I
decided to model Cinamoroll, the adorable character from Sanrio, for my
Final Project.
Cinamoroll has a cute and unique design, which I believe will be an
interesting challenge to bring to life in 3D. With the decision made, I
began gathering reference images and model sheets of Cinamoroll to help
guide me through the modeling process. This will ensure I stay true to the
character's design and proportions while creating the model in Blender.

2.0 DIGITALIZATION
After completing my research, I began using Blender to create Cinamoroll for
my Final Project. The process has been quite challenging, as capturing the
character's cute and distinct features in 3D requires a lot of attention to
detail and patience. However, I’m excited to continue working on it and
refining the model as I progress.
FINAL OUTCOME
✿ REFLECTION ✿
For my Final Project, I modeled Cinamoroll, a character from Sanrio, using organic 3D modeling techniques in Blender. The project was both challenging and rewarding, especially with the intricate details of Cinamoroll's design. Finding accurate reference images and model sheets was crucial to ensure the model stayed true to the character. Although the modeling process was difficult, particularly with shaping the character's features, it was a valuable learning experience that improved my Blender skills. Applying textures, materials, and lighting to bring the character to life was especially rewarding, and I’m proud of my progress throughout this project.
